Workout tracking

A good coach
remembers

Trayner remembers what you did last time — your exercises, sets, reps and weight — so your next workout doesn’t start from zero.

Workout planning

Tell Trayner what you want to train

Need a full training week or just a workout for today? Tell Trayner what you want, and it can build the routine for you.

  • Generate a plan

    Build my week

Give Trayner your goal, training days, session length and available equipment. It creates a weekly training plan with your workouts ready to follow.

  • Generate a routine

Just tell it what you want

Describe the workout you want in your own words. Trayner turns it into a routine and adds the exercises for you.

You can change anything before you train.

Then Trayner remembers what actually happened

Your plan is the starting point. As you train, Trayner keeps your completed sets, reps and weight alongside it, so your training history builds from what you actually do.

Your workout doesn’t happen
in isolation

A workout is only one part of what’s happening. Trayner connects your training with your form, nutrition and recovery so what happened elsewhere can inform what you do next.

FAQ

Workout tracker questions

What is Trayner’s workout tracker?

Trayner lets you plan workouts and record your exercises, sets, reps and weight. It keeps your previous sessions alongside your current workout so you can see what you did last time and how your training is changing.

Can I create my own workouts?

Yes. Build a workout, add exercises in the order you want and set the sets and reps for each one. You can reorder exercises at any time.

Can I track sets, reps and weight?

Yes. Log the weight and reps for every set as you train and tick each set off when it’s done. A rest timer runs between sets.

Can I see what I lifted in my previous workout?

Yes. Your previous numbers for each exercise sit beside today’s sets, and a new workout starts from what you did last time.

Does Trayner track personal records?

Yes. When you beat a previous best, Trayner marks it as a new PR.

Can I see my workout history?

Yes. Your past workouts are saved, and progress charts show how each exercise and your training volume change over time.

Can I use Trayner for strength training?

Yes. Trayner tracks weight, sets and reps for each exercise. When you hit every rep, it suggests adding weight next time, in 2.5 kg or 5 kg steps.

Can I use Trayner at home as well as in the gym?

Yes. The workout tracker works wherever you train. Log whatever exercises you do, at home or in the gym.

Does workout tracking connect with Form Check?

Yes. You can run a Form Check during a workout, and the result sits alongside that workout. Form Check supports a specific set of exercises – see the AI Form Check page for the list.
